Applying for a job

1. How do I apply for an advertised job?

When you find a position that you would like to apply for, please click on the job title or Read more to see the full job description. Click on the tab Apply for this job.

Click on Apply to open the Application Wizard (pop-up window).

If you are not already registered in our candidate pool, enter your family name and your email address. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and must be completed.

Once you have completed your details, tick to confirm that you accept that we store your personal data under the terms of the data privacy section. Click on the link to view the terms.

Click on Register and Apply.

If you are already registered in our Candidate Pool, please click on the link Application Wizard. It will take you to the Log-on page. Log on with your username and password, and you are ready to apply for the job.

2. How do I send an unsolicited application?

If you want to send us an unsolicited application for a future opening, you should register your contact details, experience and competencies in the candidate pool. This will make your profile visible for recruiters who are searching for a suitable candidate for a vacant position. It is easy to register yourself and should only take a few minutes.

To register your profile in the candidate pool, go to Create your profile on the right of the screen and click on the link Please create your Profile here. On the Registration page, enter your first and last names, a user name, a password and your email address. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and must be completed. Please ensure that you use a secure password that includes numerals and letters.

Once you have completed your details, tick to confirm that you accept that we store your personal data under the terms of the data privacy section – click the link to read the terms.

Enter the information required to complete your profile. You have the option to release your profile into our Candidate Pool where we can see your application and contact you about suitable job opportunities.

3. How can I see the status of my application?

To view the status of your application, log on to your profile and click on the My Application tab.

  • Draft: Your application has not been submitted. Note: To submit, please complete your application and click Submit Application.
  • In Process: Your application is currently being reviewed by the recruiter.
  • Withdrawn: You have withdrawn your application.
  • Not Selected: After reviewing your application, we have chosen to go further with other applicants. However, we would still encourage you to apply for other relevant job openings in Grundfos.

4. What language should I use to apply and register online?

You should make sure your profile information and CV are available in the same language as the description of the job you are applying for. You can upload up to 5 documents in the candidate pool.

The correspondence you receive from us will be in one of eight languages – English, Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, German, Danish or Hungarian – depending on the language settings in your browser. You can however decide for yourself which language is used by changing the language under the Personal Settings tab.

5. Is there any limitation on file size and format when uploading documents?

You can upload the following file formats: plain text (.txt). rich text format (.rtf), portable document format (.pdf), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and image files (.jpg, .gif, etc.). You can upload up to 5 documents, and the maximum size of each file is 2MB.
